Waverley Outreach

Outreach Manager- Lorraine Bennett

At Waverley, we are commited to development and learning. Our team is packed with expertise, constantly exploring the latest research and training to ensure we are at the forefront of supporting every child with SEND. We're passionate about inspiring and motivating children to learn regardless of their needs. Our goal isn't just to celebrate what we do, it's to spread our expertise far and wide, helping more young people thrive whether they are here with us or in other schools across the borough. At Waverley, we recognise that every child deserves the best support and we are excited to contribute to the outreach programme in order to create a more inclusive, understanding world of education.

Our outreach team provides assistance to local mainstream schools in Enfield that believe our support could help them effectively meet the bespoke needs of their students. The purpose of this programme is to provide targeted support and advice through training, consultancy and practical modelling to enhance teaching practices and support systems for every child regardless of their learning difference, ultimately promoting the effectiveness of inclusive education.

Schools must be open to working collaboratively as the effectiveness of this programme relies on honest, open and reflective dialogue. By making use of the outreach services, mainstream schools strengthen their capacity to meet the diverse learning needs of students effectively while developing their knowledge and understanding of specialist education.

If you work in an Enfield school and would like to discuss the support we can offer please contact Lorraine Bennett by emailing her at: l.bennett@waverley-sch.co.uk
