The Enfield Town School's Partnership, is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the educational experiences for children within the Enfield community. Their mission centres on fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and providing professional development opportunities to improve teaching and learning standards across Enfield schools.
By offering tailored support, resources, and networking opportunities, the partnership aims to create a cohesive and thriving educational network. ETSP assists schools by facilitating partnerships and fostering collaboration, funding and delivering programmes and projects, delivering training sessions, and promoting innovative approaches to education, ultimately helping schools to develop their staff, improve student outcomes, and build stronger, more resilient school communities.
By working with a range of local mainstream schools we aim to support the needs of pupils with SEND across Enfield, sharing our expertise to ensure all children thrive at school. In addition, we collaborate with mainstream schools across Enfield to foster meaningful connections between our students and their mainstream peers. This collaboration aims to promote social inclusion, reinforces positive social norms and supports the social mobility of children with complex needs and disabilities across the borough.
