Our students needs are bespoke and we celebrate that. Amazing children deserve amazing people around them to maintain a nurturing learning environment that enables our pupils to blossom. Therefore, we are commited to providing staff with ample opportunities for growth and development, acknowleging each individuals skillset, opinions and their aspirations. We invest in our staff's development to ensure they feel appreciated and are empowered to grow and progress, if they choose.
As a bespoke setting, we do not rely on agency staff, we invest in our staff team and have our our bank of supply staff. We believe that dedicated, skilled personnel are essential in meeting the specific needs of our students. We value enthusiasm and passion, and are fully commited to training and mentoring all staff who are eager to work in a school dedicated to improving the educational and social outcomes of the children at Waverley.
