There will be times when people may wish to make a compliment, comment or complaint about the school. We always enjoy receiving compliments but we recognise that comments can be very constructive and helpful in developing our provision. We are also aware that from time to time we may receive complaints. The good practice established at the school ensures we respond to concerns and queries quickly and fairly. If the person raising the complaint feels that it has not been resloved there is a Complaints Policy.
